Operands

Operands are the "passive" components of an expression. In the expression "sin( x )", for example, operand "x" is processed by the "sin" operator. The operand takes no action on its own, but rather is acted upon.

Operands can be constants like "3.2", "false", and "Hello World", or variables like "x" in the above example. Whether constant or variable, operands have one of three supported data types: number, string, or boolean. Arrays of these types are also supported.
